The homeowner is responsible for paying for misc. parts, the plumber’s time and you’ll get free parts to do the repair. The Manufacturer decides what the best step for them is to honor their warranty.
Plumber provides Water Heater Tanks from A.O. Smith Proline, State Select, and Bradford White the Defender which have better warranties typically 6 years in length.
- Full Warranty: This includes brands provided only by Plumbers such as A.O. Smith, State, and Bradford White. Parts are available locally for many repairs. If the tank fails, you will receive an entire new tank. You’ll be responsible for paying for misc. parts and the plumber’s time and you’ll get a new tank or parts needed to make the repair. The Manufacturer decides what the best step for them is to honor their warranty.
