Dear Valued Customer:
We want to share the exciting news that we have changed our name from John Wilcox Plumbing, Heating and Cooling to Sureway Heating, Cooling and Plumbing.
What does not change:
- Ownership and Management: John and Gretchen Wilcox will continue to own and manage the company.
- Our Team: You will still see the same friendly staff, committed to providing the clean workmanship and quality you’ve come to expect.
- Our Commitment: We remain dedicated to delivering high-quality heating, cooling, and plumbing services.
- Contact Information: Our phone number stays the same: (412) 643-4118.
This new name reflects our evolution from one person, John Wilcox, to a dedicated team of qualified, customer-focused professionals providing exceptional service.
Sureway is the locally, family-owned company you can count on. We are proud to continue serving you with the outstanding service you’ve come to trust, now with a fresh new identity and our new tagline: “Do it Right with Sureway”.
Thank you for your continued business. If you have any questions or need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us at (412) 643-4118.
We appreciate you,
