Bill, from Sureway, did an excellent job repairing our Delta faucet and fixing a drain issue with our vessel sink. He diagnosed the problem and fixed both issues in no time. He also helped correct the low water flow issue on another faucet. We let both issues go for awhile and it’s amazing how well things are working. Reasonably priced, great work, helpful maintenance tips—-highest recommendation!

Sureway Comfort has come out for two service calls to fix a leaking fridge water supply and a hot water tank gone bad. Each time the service was professional and quick. They cleaned everything up and didn’t leave a trace of even being in the house. Jerry and Mark were both easy to work with. Highly recommend for you next service!

Have been using Sureway Comfort for my furnace and air conditioner for many years. I've never had any problems or issues with any of the personnel. Technicians have always been on time, courteous, and willing to explain things and answer my questions. I'd recommend them any time.

Called Sureway Comfort plumbing for a clogged drain emergency. They arrived 90 MINUTES after I called. Same day! The person who worked at my house was named Jerry Johnson. He was professional, prompt and thorough. I got a good feeling working with Jerry. I'll ask for him by name next time.

As a first-time customer, I called in the morning, and they were able to get us on schedule within hours of my call. The technician was professional and extremely polite.  Will definitely be using again.

John helped me understand the issues with my broken water heater over the phone. By looking at pictures, John was able to explain what had happened and make recommendations moving forward. My water heater was replaced the next day, and I was very happy with the service!

Had another company out to fix a bathtub draining issue and never felt like it was addressed. Mark came out from Wilcox and went above and beyond to fix the issue. He was polite, explained potential problems, and provided me with a ton of good information. More importantly, the bathtub is draining as it should. Highly recommend.
