- Housecall Pro. We use Housecall Pro to schedule appointments, dispatch technicians, and manage customer accounts. Information from booking and service requests may be stored in Housecall Pro so our office and field team can serve you.
We do not run third-party chat widgets or advertising pixels beyond the tags listed above. If that changes, we will update this policy.
Calls & Email
When you submit a form on this site, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone or email. We do not currently offer text messaging for service requests or job applications. If that changes, we will update this policy and add the required opt-in language before offering it.

Payment Security
This website does not collect or store credit card, debit card, or bank account numbers, and it has no on-site payment or card-entry form. If you request financing, your application is submitted directly to our third-party financing partners — Goodleap and FSNB — and runs on their own secure systems, not ours. Payment for completed work is handled directly with our office at the time of service.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, for our business records, or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
